Chapter 18
Thus, when Vedamitra was sleeping in the Vishvanatha Sannidhi at night, he saw his father sitting in the plane of God in his dream. Immediately the father looked at the son and said, “O son! You took my ashes and came to Brahma Tirtha at Sudtaranevara Kshetra today. That very day I got nectar and ate it and became satisfied. The gods call that kshetra Dakshina Kashi in Deva Loka. The dream you saw is also Vasa Tavam. Therefore, hey. On the banks of Brahmatirtha there
Saying, “Bury the ashes”, he woke up immediately after the disappearance of his father, the angel, believing in that word, left with his disciples and reached Amra Vanam in a few months.
There at midday bear to Vedamitra
There was an unbearable tension. Brahmatirtha
He is the solution even from the shore
Not visible to the eyes. Vratopa there
Very relaxed due to Vasati rules
One under the tree with a departed body
One who sits leaning on a stick
The Brahmin is also very much on the side
Muscular and white on head
A Brahmin woman with hair
Yum, he saw. Body trembling due to age
Both men and women who have
Vedamitra bowed to them and said, ‘You
who Why are you here?
I am very thirsty now.
Where is the good solution?’
They are holy at a short distance from here
There is a solution. Thirst for it
They said calm down.
He immediately went a short distance to the north and found that there was water there to drink, and he quenched his thirst.
Holding Prana in his hand, he again came to them and looked at the Brahmatirtha near them and asked, ‘What profit do you have in making me wander and suffer when the Sarus with clear water is near them?’ He said, “Is this a miracle for you? You can go four or five more times.”
Hearing this, the Brahmin said, ‘O sage Chrestha! I came to see the world famous Kashi Kshetra without knowing the glory of this Kshetra. Who are you? Who is this mother? What is the reason for both of you to be on the banks of this Brahma sarus? He said that only because of your darshan, all my difficulties have been removed. At once the sage said, “Father, I am a king. My name is Rajasekaran. This is my wife, the daughter of a king. I have a son by her. As we are too old, we have baptized him in my kingdom and after becoming a celestial being, we have come to the forest. O Brahmin!
As we are very thirsty, bring us some water from this Sarrus.” Then Vedamitra immediately went to the pond, plucked a lotus leaf from there and made it into a ton and brought water from it. As soon as both of them accepted it with desire, Purnima became a youth with a body equal to that of the moon, and all manner of actions. Then both of them came together and gave darshan to that Brahmin in the form of Ardhanarishvara and Sudtaraneshvara became like lightning. They disappeared.
At once the Brahmin was greatly astonished and thought thus in his mind. ‘Oh! These Parvati Parameshvaras have apparently given darshan to the destruction of my ignorance and revealed the glory of this kshetra and disappeared into the linga. Even though I had come to this place before, I went to distant Kashi without knowing its glory. Just to show me that this Brahmatheertha is higher than the Ganga, when I asked for teertha out of thirst, this Brahmatheertha would be invisible to my eyes and show me the muddy water in the distance
T has done. Or not me, Rathan. My birth happened today. Those Parvati Parameshvaras, whom even yogis cannot know, appeared before my eyes and took thirtham from my hand and drank and disappeared. The truth of what they said is only now emerging. He referred to himself as Chandrasekhar as Rajasekhar and referred to Parvatarajakumari as the king’s daughter and Skandar as his son. In the course of time I also attained the fruits of such high merits, such as many sacrifices, food offerings, keeping a water bowl in summer and giving good cold water to the Brahmins. Thinking that this Paramapurusha, who is the hero of the whole world, has taken water from my hand and eaten it, he felt sad and happy and took a bath in the Brahma Theertha along with the disciples and performed the daily rituals like Pitrudarpanam etc.
“In order to see the Tirumudi of any Purusha Brahma, in the form of Hamsa, went on the Akasa Margat; to see the feet of any Purusha, Vishnu in the form of a pig.
He took the underworld and went gloriously; O Jagadeesa! It’s like that! I cannot tell you all the innumerable inner qualities. I pray to you.” After bowing often, Brahma slept with his disciples on the banks of the Sarus that night.
When he woke up in the morning and opened the silver box, he found it to be a silver box. He happily anointed it with Kshuram and nixed the ashes of his father with gold. He made auspicious offerings at Go Poo, which could bring joy to the Pitruks, stayed there for a few days and worshiped the lingam every day, and after giving blessings to the Brahmins living in Ashvidham, he came to his city with great joy and informed them of the fate of Somasekara Pandyan and his sons He spent his time in devotion to God.
Whoever listens to this story; Read it; writes; His sons will become eternal saviors and be blessed with riches. They will be living.
The eighteenth chapter ends.
