What is the reason for such desire? How did the intellect enter into this Maha Bhaband, which is the great mind, despite being the king of devas full of sattvaguna? How is this problem solved?

Let there be a thousand vulva in your body.” As soon as Gautama cursed, Indra’s testicles fell off and vulva appeared all over the body.
After thus cursing Indra, looking at his wife, he became very angry and said, “Adi Prashta! Durbake! Parapurusha has abandoned the dharma of the Lord of the Lords, knowing that he is in love with Indra, and yet you have become comfortable with him.
For a thousand years in the place, you will become a stone, unable to attain any happiness. He cursed saying, “Whenever Dasaratha’s son Shri Rama comes to this forest, his feet will be purified by rajas and come to me.”
Thus Devendran, who was greatly cursed by his sin, this Amra. After worshiping Lord Amravane, the curse was removed and he became holy.
